Estimating Department
AvantGarde Group employs a fully staffed in-house estimating department that can handle all your estimating and budgetary needs.
We use estimating software to prepare our estimates and budgets in a concise format. By developing comprehensive cost evaluations that are broken down into all applicable categories, we make it easy for you to see and understand the different components of the project. We use value engineering to identify the most cost-effective approach to building your project
At Your Service
AvantGarde Group’s estimating department is uncommonly service oriented. Our estimators and project managers are available to meet with you and walk your job site to evaluate the existing field conditions, as well as the building rules and regulations. We then use this information to prepare our estimate.
Should we be awarded the contract, the estimator assigned to your project tracks the job’s progress to ensure it follows the guidelines established during the estimating phase. This helps avoid costly changes during the course of the assignment.

Excellent project management – there’s no substitute
Our project manager will work with you up front to analyze and identify your specific project requirements. We then translate your requirements into a detailed installation schedule and coordinate with other vendors to provide a synchronized and smooth ride from start to finish.
Changes, additions and reconfigurations of office space by end-users require a quick response. We perform cost evaluations throughout the course of the entire project to minimize the impact of any changes. Furthermore, we handle all filings and permits in an expeditious and proper manner.
